**Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee electrical projects, manage teams, and ensure successful project completion. **Duties:** - Manage and supervise electrical construction projects from start to finish - Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams - Schedule and coordinate work assignments for electricians and apprentices - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards - Conduct regular inspections to assess progress and quality of work - Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions - Maintain accurate project documentation **Qualifications:** - Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry - Proficient in Primavera, Prolog, HeavyBid, ProCore, and other construction management software - Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation - Ability to manage and build effective teams - Familiarity with quality control processes in electrical construction - Excellent communication and leadership skills This position offers a competitive salary based on experience level.
